Hey girl, hey! It’s Christmas Eve!! I seriously can’t believe it is here again. It’s like the older I get the faster the years go by and the holidays always have a way of sneaking up on me. I just got done wrapping the final presents for tomorrow. And I sent Mr. BVX out early this morning to snag our passes for pictures with Santa at our local Bass Pro Shop for later today. The kids are crafting their paper snowflakes for decorations since we don’t get snow in Houston and me…well I am taking a quick second to say hey to you.
I know, I know, waiting until the last minute to take pictures with Santa is never a good idea but with this busy crew, last minute has become my middle name in 2018. Luckily, it usually all works out in the end but honestly the chaos makes me a little crazy. 2019 I need a plan.
For some reason planning for the next year in totality has always given me a little anxiety but in 2018 not having a handle on my shit gave me even more. Newborn schedules tend to throw things off schedule. Now that we are in a somewhat groove, 2019 will be different.
Since it’s Christmas Eve I am going to make this post super quick. I am already being rushed to get off the computer. So here goes!
With the help of Synduit and my friends on Facebook I think I am ready for the year. Before I jump into the recommended planners for 2019 let me first give a huge shout out to the team at Synduit. I don’t know about you but I used to dread working on a marketing plan for my business. It was just something about locking into things early and then running into hiccups along the way. Either something would come up or I would run behind on marketing and end up canceling. Well Synduit makes it so easy it is crazy! And there is one thing we love at DOM and that is easy. With pre-planned events, marketing campaigns including newsletters and social media post, planning has never been easier. I literally completed my 2019 marketing plan in an hour. Packed with online classes, live workshops and exciting girls night out events I am ready to fill my clients with all the love Marley & Moo Maternity can give.
Top Four Planners for 2019
I recently posted on Facebook asking for planner recommendations and my girls came through for a sista! I have compiled a quick list of the planners with the most recommendations here for you.
Passion Planner was by far the top pick. I personally have used the Passion Planner for two years and must say I have enjoyed it. This year I wanted to change it up so I went for something new. You’ll see the one I chose shortly. But for now let’s talk about the Passion Planner. This planner is a tool that will help you define your short and long-term goals and incorporate them into your daily life. From personal to do list for work and life to blank spaces for notes and doodles and monthly check in’s there is more than enough space to let your creativity and passion run wild.
The Happy Planner didn’t get a whole lot of love but for those that like big chunky planners with all the bells and whistles this one is for you. This planner gives you the ability to do so much and it is fully customizable (is that even a word…any-who). With the ring and punch system you can place the pages any way you want. It even has a plethora of covers and stickers to pick from.
Law of Attraction Planner is perfect for those looking to deepen not only their plans for the year but also their mental, physical and interpersonal self. This planner is packed with a foldable vision board to help you stay focused towards your goals. Follow the same plan that many millionaires follow – set your intentions high and go get it girl!
Commit30 is the planner I selected for 2019. LOVE IT!! This one was recommend by my BFF and immediately resonated with me. Instantly falling in love with the 30 day goal setting – I had to try it. Similar to the weekly layout as the Passion Planner with hourly breakdown but without the lines, this planner helped me keep my regular routine with just a little mix. You can set up a monthly goal with simple action steps and an easy monthly check in. I love it! It is just enough without the pressure.
Happy planning ladies!
